The Hunger and Health Coalition, in partnership with The Grace Builders of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Boone, NC, and "We Can!", is managing a wood loot for our clients who need wood to heat their homes.

Also, volunteers are needed in association with this new partnership.
Opportunities exist for volunteers to cut logs into firewood, as well as transporting firewood to the homes of clients unable to pick it up themselves.
