THE HUNGER AND HEALTH COALITION ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR
GIANT RUMMAGE SALE AND AUCTION, AUGUST 2, 2008
We are planning our First Annual Giant Rummage Sale and Auction on August 2, 2008. The Giant Sale will be held all day Saturday right here at the Hunger and Health Coalition and will feature thousands of items, including vehicles, tools, antiques, and furniture.
We've been collecting and assembling the sale items for over one year. Hundreds of donors from across the region have contributed items for the effort. The extensive preparation time has allowed us to gather an “impressive collection” of items where everyone will find something they absolutely must have.
Proceeds from the Giant Rummage Sale and Auction will support the Food Services and Pharmacy Assistance programs provided by the Hunger and Health Coalition to low income residents of Watauga, Ashe, and Avery counties.

The auctioneers will not be held responsible for any accidents or conditions of ANY items sold. All items sold as-is, where as, the Health and Hunger Coalition is not responsible for purchased items. Please, have purchased items moved by Saturday, if possible.
