Ashe County Resources

As of January 1st, 2008, The Hunger and Health Coalition will no longer be able to offer services to the residents of Ashe County.

For food-based assistance, residents are encouraged to contact:

For medication, Ashe residents are encouraged to obtain a discount card from:

Ann Clark at the County Clerk's office
The Department of Social Services
Emergency Room at Ashe County Hospital
Beth Rodriguez and Shellie Elliot at Family Central

Additionally, Wal-Mart will fill many medications with generics for as low as $3.00 per prescription.
